Description: Animal abuse. This dog is stranded in the heat all day everyday on the balcony COVERED in poop and pee. It is at the Bridge of Loyola apartments. The apartment is facing Johnny Morris. You can’t miss it. It is the bottom floor first apartment closest to the new construction development. We pass by everyday and he is always there. Please save this baby. Thank you
