Description
Large deceased tree from adjacent multifamily property at 6905 E Riverside Dr fell on 8/7/26, striking two residences and multiple fences at 2005 Maxwell Ln. Property management was notified of the hazardous tree before it fell but has not removed it and is now unresponsive. Tree remains in place and is a safety hazard. Requesting City assistance.
