- Car blocking ROW. Can’t get wheelchair around car on sidewalk in front of San Gines. I’ve asked since January to have proper signs added for ROW. I spoke to the restaurant and the city. 5 different departments. They don’t care or don’t have oversight. I’m just asking for the sidewalks to not be blocked. It’s unreal. Please enforce now that school is back.
