- Low water pressure! 1523 Madison When the house next to me was under construction my water pressure and flow dropped after they messed with the meter. The COA guy said I need a new 2” line from main to meter. A crew (non COA) messed with it and thought it was good enough. It’s not. I don’t have enough flow to rinse my hair or use a sprinkler in my yard. Help please
