The light at Pearl Retreat is timed to favor east and westbound traffic on Pearl Retreat and at particularly busy times it fails to allow more than 8 to 10 northbound vehicles through. The southbound traffic on Dessau does not seem to have this issue. I think the light stays red for northbound traffic for quite some time after any southbound Dessau left turn traffic has completed turns. Anyway, adjusting this could greatly help traffic flow on northbound Dessau at busy times.
