- There’s been this bull a Bolm District Park for the past several months. It’s charged at people/dogs and has occasional ended up on 183 Frontage Road. We’ve been trying to figure out who’s responsible for loose livestock on city property. A few months ago we were told by someone from Animal Services it was Travis County Sheriff’s Office but they say it’s the City’s responsibility
