View Obstruction and Fencing at Intersection

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Initial Inspection SE Corner - The landscaping on the Austin Park Lane side of the property obstructs sight distance to the south from the intersection.
8/26/26 - Mailed obstruction notices to the property owner and the current tenant.
9/9/26 - Re-Inspection SE Corner - The homeowner has trimmed down the vegetation and increased the sight distance to the south. No further action required at this time.
