View Obstruction and Fencing at Intersection

Description: Requesting conversion of EB Kramer @ Braker into No Turn On Red. Currently this direction only has No Turn On Red When Bicycles Present, but the construction on the NW corner of the intersection is creating a sight distance issue where it is very difficult to see vehicles coming around the curve on SB Braker. This was not the case when the Culver’s was there but is now that there is fencing and a new development going in.
