Description: 1030pm on a Thursday and the bars on Rainey are way over limits. And. O one does anything about it. Waits hours after they’ve closed to close out the request saying they’ve check the bars and they’re all in compliance. Gives citations sparingly but lets them add up over time with no further action. Or real consequence. Yall in each others pockets huh?
