Description
Past few Fridays around 1pm a dog sitter/man with about 10 off leash dogs walks them down the park through people’s belongings and becomes aggressive with park attendees when they try and direct dogs off their belongings. Dogs charge people and go towards their food and the man yells and threatens park attendees. It does not seem this man can calmly control so many off leash large dogs in a public park and I fear an escalation one day so am recording these incidents
