Description
Cement “Turtles” on Berkman Dr are failing and need to be replaced with another solution (like Ziklas) as the turtles create hazards for cyclists and other bike lane users. This is a documented hazard because the detritus from the cement turtles gets in the bike lane and poses a falling/crash hazard for cyclists, including a risk that a cyclist or other will fall into a lane of traffic.
