Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. I observed the intersection and saw that the signal was only serving phases 2 and 6 after a railroad preemption. I reset the controller ring and then monitored the intersection to ensure that normal operation was restored. I can confirm the intersection is now running correctly and according to plan. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
