Traffic Signal - Modification

Completed. At the traffic signal on William Cannon/Sunstrip Dr. When turning left from William Cannon onto Sunstrip there is only a protected green arrow. Can we add a flashing yellow when the light is green? Every time I sit there with ample opportunity and space to turn but I cannot with the solid red arrow. Thank you!
