Description
There appears to be some sort of homeless camp under the bridge on 51st street at Waller Creek. I can’t get a good look but it seems to be pretty much blocking the creek. Beyond that there is just ridiculous amounts of trash all up and down the creek especially towards North Loop. I wish there was a way to better control access for people getting back there. Like a short fence at the bridges. I’m going to attempt to remove some trash but it’s way more than I can do.
