Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed the southbound ped phase from the northwest corner. Ped phase comes up every cycle due to a ped recall for the movement even without button actuation. No technician dispatch needed. Intersection is working intended and according to plan. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.
