Description
The pedestrian signal shuts off about 15 seconds before the green light ends at 12th and Red River. I can see how that makes sense during rush hour, the outside of that this is a pretty low traffic intersection since 12th Street dead ends at the Capitol. can you modify the signal outside of rush hour so the pedestrian signal runs contiguously with the green light? At present, you have a lot of people at night jaywalking to get to the park.
