Description
Loud amplified music and heavy bass from Cheer Up Charlies at 900 Red River St are continuing after the 10:30 PM Sunday cutoff for outdoor amplified sound. The music is clearly audible inside my nearby hotel room, even with the windows closed, and is interfering with my ability to sleep. Please investigate whether the venue is operating amplified outdoor sound beyond its permitted hours.
