Traffic Signal - Modification

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored traffic via intersection live camera feed.
Monitored the traffic signal timing historical and live signal timing for the time reported.
The pedestrian buttons at this signal are not on recall for every cycle for the same reason we use vehicular detection. If the vehicle or pedestrian phases came up every cycle without vehicles or people present, it would create unnecessary delay at the intersection by extending green time to signal phases that are unused.
