Description
Traffic light going southbound from Harris branch crossing Parmer is far too short. Traffic is backed up to Howard almost every morning. Going north bound on Harris branch gets priority in the morning and hardly has a line. Even parmer lane going west/east has hardly any line and nowhere close to as backed up when compared to going southbound on Harris branch. Need a traffic analysis done.
