Description
Luna going crazy!! They always get away with blasting music because they know no one is coming same day to check. So loud!!! Someone please install decibel meters that accurately reflect how loud their music is for neighboring residents. Also please don't try to blame Sheiner again. I can see the DJ from my balcony at Luna.
