Reporting violation regarding the inhumane housing and welfare of chickens. The resident is keeping multiple birds confined on the lawn inside small, wire dog crates in the front yard (one bird in one crate, and two birds cramped together in another). This violates Austin City Code regarding basic requirements for adequate shelter and welfare. Please dispatch someone to ensure the wellbeing of these animals.
