Description: Saw a truck pulled over in this spot and moving a storage shelf on a dolly into this trail just today. This has been a consistent problem over the years of easy access for the homeless to establish encampments into what used to be a great trail amenity that we pay for and used to enjoy. After many years of staying quiet I feel a need to report this to protect this amenity. Please don’t disregard. Please find a a solution
