Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. When monitoring the northbound approach, I saw that the vehicle detector was not placing call. I escalated the request to the vehicle detection maintenance team and they will schedule repairs. I adjusted timings so that the northbound approach will come up every cycle until devices can be repaired.
