Description
Graffiti Along W 3rd St chain link fence between Walter Seaholm and Lamar Service Rd - previous tickets were referred to TXDOT and Union Pacific. Both TXDOT and Union Pacific have confirmed that this fence is City of Austin’s responsibility. Do not close this ticket without a resolution / graffiti abatement. Removing green coverings / tan plastic slats would eliminate the opportunity for vandals to graffiti the fence further
