LOITERING BUMS, BODIES, TRASH, ETC. TO BE REMOVED FROM ROW. SOCIETY SHOULD NOT BE DESENSITIZED TO PEOPLE LAYING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD OR BE HARASSED WHILE WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK. GET THESE BUMS OFF OUR STREETS! ENFORCE THE LAW! GET THESE PIECES OF DOG SHIT OFF THE ROW, AND AWAY FROM OUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND BUSINESSES!
