Description
A skunk died in my backyard a week or two ago and has since been at least mostly stripped to the skeleton by bugs/etc. Should I just dispose of it in my weekly trash pickup? (Properly bagged, of course.) Or would the City *prefer* to pick it up? I understand I would have to be present.
