Description
A dangerous metal pipe was protruding from the roadway near 6712 Hart Lane. On September 25, 2026, at approximately 8:56 AM, my vehicle struck the protruding pipe, damaging my tire. After the impact, I observed the pipe lying beside the curb and an open hole in the roadway. Please repair and secure the area urgently.
