Description
Loose dogs, this house has 6 dogs that bark day and night and not monitored. Now there are holes in 2 different fences and I have seen up to 3 of them in my yard (owner not aware at all). I reported this previously and need action to be taken, one of these dogs is going to get hit by a car or bite my dog. it is extremely unsafe for all. Video is of one of the dogs in my yard, photo of 5 of the at least 6 dogs in the other photo.
