Details: Upon investigation, the fallen tree located at 5010 Canella Dr is not blocking the flow line of the creek channel. Watersheds responsibility is to maintain the flowline to prevent flooding. The tree is on the citizens personal property and within their property lines. This would be the property owner's responsibility. The citizen was met on site and given this information and the legal claim number.
