- Double parking in bike lane on South Congress in between Vuiro and Two Hands Coffee continues to be a big problem . More enforcement needed to keep bike riders and pedestrians safe . And cars exiting . I have submitted this request before and could do so 5 times a week . Today was extremely bad . Very unsafe pulling out of Equinox parking cause I could not see oncoming traffic Please do something about this before a very bad accident could happen . Thank you , C.Little
