Description
Parent during morning, afternoon, and other drop off times stop at stop signs and along Tilley to wait for their kids to get in/out of their cars. Holding up traffic—sometimes multiple cars do it and it can hold up traffic for minutes at a time. Maybe a light would help keep traffic flowing? Maybe not.
