- Illegal driving in the shoulder lane on a highway. Needs white bollards to block illegal drivers passing in shoulder. A vehicle hit, but didn’t break my passenger side mirror. I have called TXDoT but trying to see if you all can do something as well. It is an unacceptable issue for public safety.
