Description
No right turn on red at MLK and I-35: this is causing traffic to backup significantly even on low traffic hours. I’m now seeing the line back up even before I exit at MLK from I-35 at 7am on weekdays. If it can be changed to no right turn on red during certain hours where traffic is peak that would make more sense. Or remove the no right turn on red completely.
