Description
Car by mailbox—UTPS will not deliver. Hi! My neighbor is mentally ill {NPD) and has people park in front of the house to create a conflict. She and her spouse have 4 warrants and are being sued for gross negligence because his ineptitude crushed a man’s ankle. I don’t want to interact with them. UTPS will not deliver to my home if there is a car within 20’ of the box, which this is. I’ve missed voter registration, a renewed license and other critical docs. Is this illegal parking?
