Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Monitored intersection through live graphics, historical timing values, and verified that detection was working at the intersection. The traffic signal is working correctly and according to plan. We will continue monitoring signal operations at this intersection and make adjustments as needed. Thank you.

Description
The traffic signal on South Congress Avenue and East Elizabeth Street is taking a lot longer to change than normal. Cars and people are waiting at the signal longer than 5-10 minutes at a time! Causing frustration for many people waiting to cross over South Congress, as well as drivers in their cars.
