Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing report. At time of complaint, intersection operation was being interrupted by transit signal priority. Transit signal priority allows transit vehicles to receive priority service; in doing so, a signal may cycle abnormally briefly to be able to service. Signal operating as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
