Description
Two dogs running in traffic on Braker just west of Lamar at 0845 in Sun 10/11/2026. One larger (white black), one smaller (puppy, carmel color). Both very disoriented, fight or flight, no collars, probably recently dumped. Witnessed car hit the larger dog but it was a glancing hit and the dog ran off. Tried to coax them to us but they are too scared.
