Austin Energy Street Light Issue - Address
- Opened

- Description
- A nearby public streetlight (on E M Franklin, near New hope Primative Baptist Church) is extremely bright and shines directly into my living room and bedroom, as well as into my backyard. I’m requesting an on-site inspection to determine whether the light can be re-aimed, adjusted, or otherwise modified to reduce light trespass onto my residential property while maintaining appropriate street illumination and public safety. The light shines into my house rather than on the street.
