Description: Construction outside Bowie has the stoplights not working less than an hour before school is out. Traffic is already quite backed up. There has to be a better way to do this construction than to interrupt the exit of nearly 3000 students and staff at the end of the day. I was here before noon today and it was also a 4-way stop because of construction, but that’s fine. Midday signal disruption does not cause nearly the chaos that continued afternoon disruption does.
