A nearby business is causing ongoing parking and traffic safety issues in our neighborhood. Customers park on both sides of the street, making it difficult for cars to pass and potentially blocking emergency access. Vehicles are also parking on grass and sidewalks, damaging landscaping and blocking pedestrian access. Please review during business hours when the issue occurs. Photos attached.
