Description
Traffic is backed up all the way to Stassney due to lane closures on Pleasant Valley Road, causing 30 to 45 minutes just to go from the Mendez School/Middle School area to William Cannon. This is unacceptable. Traffic light timing needs to be modified on William Cannon and Pleasant Valley to allow congestion to be alleviated at least.
