Description
Repeat off-leash dog and pet waste nuisance. I am corner-lot adjacent neighbors and this occurs regularly. I have addressed this directly with the owner twice, but the owner continues to allow the dog off-leash to defecate on my property without cleaning it up. Dog will run up and bark at me or my children if we’re outside at the same time.
