New Sidewalk/Curb Ramp/ADA Route

Description: An ADA door to the front entrance of the building has been broken for months. We regularly see people, including elderly individuals, struggle to get in as the glass doors are heavy. There are medical businesses that have a fair number of handicapped individuals come into this building. We’ve been told by the owner that the official ADA entrance is on the second-floor garage, but there is no sign stating such, and doesn’t make a whole of sense.
