Description
A bar on Colorado street is blasting music constantly, I’m not sure which one but they must have an open roof or doors open because the sound travels straight up. I am 40+ floors above and it sounds as if they are right outside. Alongside cars speeding through downtown and revving their engines in excess right now at 10:09PM 10/20. The bar is a recurring issue. There is also what appears to be a homeless person the corner with a giant speaker frequently. Corner is 4th and Colorado.
