Description: ROY VELASQUEZ SR COMPLEX Capuchino Softball Field Bald white guy, whispered to 14U right fielder young girl to get her attention as he hid behind bushes and tree outside fence at right field while he performed lewd sexual acts and exposed himself. The vines and trees need to be cut back there on trail. Homeless are hiding there. Also, another Homeless lady came out on basketball court in only a shirt. It took a while for officers to show up. We need more patrol in that area.
