Description
URGENT NOISE COMPLAINT — WATR ROOFTOP, 96 RED RIVER STREET, AUSTIN, TX It is past midnight, and Watr Rooftop at 96 Red River Street continues to blast excessively loud DJ music, making it impossible to sleep even with all windows closed and earplugs in. It’s the second time this happened this week - It is outrageous that a commercial establishment shows such blatant disregard for nearby residents’ right to peace and quiet. I request immediate investigation and enforcement of noise regulations
