- 311 says they investigated but the music and bass keep getting louder on the south end of Rainey street. I don’t know who it is but it’s frustrating to say that it’s the food truck lot blasting bass and music… when it’s certainly not. This bass is insane. It’s been NON stop music and bass since 6pm yesterday, with a BRIEF break from about 230am-830am this morning.
