Description
Watr Rooftop at 1hotel blasting heavy bass at 12:30 am and my bed is shaking As a health care professional with early morning schedule, I’m not able to sleep for the 3rd day in a row, running on 3/4 hours of sleep everyday I saw some previous complaints on the same venue, repeatedly by different people - why is there no revocation of their permits or any action taken ?
