LOITERING BUMS, BODIES, TENTS, TRASH, ETC. TO BE REMOVED FROM ROW. SOCIETY SHOULD NOT BE DESENSITIZED TO PEOPLE LAYING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD OR BE HARASSED WHILE WALKING DOWN THE SIDEWALK OR WAITING AT INTERSECTIONS. GET THESE BUMS OFF OUR STREETS, AWAY FROM OUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND BUSINESSES. ENFORCE THE LAW!!!
