Description
I've notified the drivers already about this, but the drivers continue to park overnight in a clearly marked NO PARKING/TOW AWAY ZONE on an already narrow street, after residents have parked, and leave early in the morning. Unfortunately, I leave for work at night and am forced to repeatedly back up, pull forward, and readjust my vehicle just to exit my parking space without causing a collision.
